Thank you for agreeing to be a control school for the (Name of organization)'s "It All Adds Up to Cleaner Air" idling reduction program!

This is just a reminder that volunteers will be on your campus before and after student drop off and pick up times from (Program Start Date) through (Program End Date). Volunteers will check in at the front desk of your school to pick up their clipboards and stopwatches.

These volunteers will be standing near where parents drop off and collect their children, and will be timing how long individual cars idle. Please let your staff and faculty know about the volunteers' presence and purpose.

No other "It All Adds Up to Cleaner Air" program activities will be taking place at your school during the implementation of this program.
